Our business operates from Wednesday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm. This means you can place orders with us during these hours, and we'll process them promptly. However, if you happen to place an order after our business hours, don't worry. We'll make sure to process it on the very next business day when we're open and ready to assist you.
All orders will be shipped using Regular Postal Service. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Please allow 2-3 days (Indonesia) or 10-14 days (International) for your order to arrive.
RETURN - All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges and refunds will be made only if you received incorrect or damaged goods. Please return goods completely unused with the original packaging. Send an e-mail to fed.bymade@gmail.com for return instructions.
